Sunrise Resort- Koh Phangan - Sha Extra Plus, Haad Rin

The hotel left me with mixed feelings. While the location was fantastic, right next to the beach and close to various restaurants, the room was quite outdated and didn't match the pictures on the website. The staff was friendly but my overall experience was marred by the poor condition of the facilities. The dining options were limited as well, which dampened the stay a bit.

My experience at Sunrise Resort was a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the beautiful beach location and renovated rooms were major highlights for me. The service was wonderful, and I really appreciated the efforts made by the management to ensure my comfort. However, the cleaning staff left much to be desired, as they didn't do a proper job during my stay. Overall, it's a vibrant place, especially if you're there for the Full Moon Party, but improvements can definitely be made in housekeeping.
